Kelvin Fletcher
Kelvin Warren Fletcher (born 17 January 1984) is an English actor and racing driver, best known for playing Andy Sugden in the ITV soap opera Emmerdale from 1996 until 2016. In 2019, Fletcher won the seventeenth series of Strictly Come Dancing with his professional partner Oti Mabuse.

The BBC hit's fans have been busy voting for the most impressionable dance in the show's history and now they have finally picked.
Presenters Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman were on hand for the revelations. In third place was Emmerdale alum Kelvin Fletcher and beloved professional Oti Mabuse's Samba from last year's 2019 series, with the pair going on to win that series.
This was followed in second place by another Oti dance as she performed a Samba with Hollyoaks' Danny Mac back in 2016. Both Oti routines certainly turned up the heat and fans were mightily impressed - as were the judges at the time.
