STRICTLY bosses have banned any of their stars from taking part in ITV’s The Masked Dancer after discovering it will go head to head with them every Saturday night.
Producers of the BBC1 show will already have to deal with the spectacle of Oti Mabuse appearing on the guessing panel of the rival programme when it returns for a second series this autumn.
Having one former Strictly name will be difficult enough, so they don’t want any other pros or judges taking part — just as Craig Revel Horwood did last year.
But they can’t stop Bruno Tonioli from signing up because he is no longer on the Strictly judging panel, after his place was taken by Anton Du Beke.
