Staff at Specsavers in Larkhall host fun-filled afternoon to raise cash for Guide Dogs UK

Staff at Specsavers in Larkhall hosted a fun-filled afternoon packed with sweet treats and games, all to further their efforts in raising funds for charity Guide Dogs UK.More than £300 was raised during the fundraiser at the Union Street store, where customers were invited to take part in games such as ‘Guess the Guide Dog’ name, as well as a bake sale featuring baked goodies provided by the team.The event formed part of the store’s ongoing fundraising and support for Guide Dogs UK this year, which has so far raised more than £950 for the charity.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
