In September 2016, she began appearing as a panellist on Loose Women and in November of the same year she presented the I'm a Celebrity spin-off series I'm a Celebrity: Extra Camp.

Jumping on her Instagram Stories, the mum-of-three shared a close-up snap of her hair prior to the transformation, writing, “Oh I’ve been so excited about this.” In the “before” picture, Stacey’s hair colour appears to have faded significantly, with her natural shade showing through in her roots.
