One onlooker claimed that "sickening and disturbing video footage" was taken of the incident unfolding.Writing on the No1seems2care Facebook page, they added: "This all unfolded in a park used by kids in broad daylight in front of stunned onlookers including women and local residents."It's a really disturbing inciden."Police raced to the scene at around 10.30am and immediately locked down the area.
