A stab victim who ran into a pub covered in blood and seeking help required five hours of surgery after suffering a punctured lung.The 21-year-old man, who has not been named, was knifed twice in the chest and once in the stomach during a horrific attack.
He later underwent surgery at the Royal Stoke University Hospital after running into the Black Friar pub in Newcastle-under-Lyme seeking refuge, reports Stoke-on-Trent Live.Police cordoned off a section of High Street following the stabbing at approximately 10:40pm on November 7.
The area remained taped off on Monday morning.Detectives are yet to make any arrest following the attack and have not released a description of the attacker.Anyone with any information regarding the stabbing
