Spotify owner Daniel Ek confirms Arsenal bid as he doubles down on takeover stance

mirror.co.ukDaniel Ek has confirmed that he made a bid to buy Arsenal only to see it knocked back. Reports surfaced suggesting that the Swedish billionaire had backed out of his attempts to purchase the Gunners.
Ek has since released a statement insisting they were untrue as the Spotify CEO again signalled his desire to get involved with the club whom he supports.
He had the backing of several club legends including Thierry Henry but has confirmed that the Kroenkes have rejected his offer.
