Sony for its alleged monopoly over the sales of digital games for its consoles.The proposed suit, Caccuri v. Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC, was filed on Wednesday (May 5) in a San Francisco U.S.

District Court. The consumers are seeking class-action status for the lawsuit.In the suit, the users claim that Sony’s 2019 decision to stop third-party retailers from selling digital codes for PlayStation games has created an unfair monopoly, reports Bloomberg.
