Snooker star Willie Thorne cannot move his arms and legs, feed himself or put a drink to his mouth after being struck down by sepsis.

The cueman has been discharged from a Spanish hospital where he has been undergoing chemotherapy for leukaemia and allowed to return to his rented home in Alicante.
