Sky broadband appears to be down as hundreds of users across the UK - including many working from home - report a service outage.
User reports to the Downdetector website began to spike from about 6am as Sky customers reported losing their broadband connection.
The highest number of reports came from users in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Bristol, Glasgow and Nottingham, according to Downdetector, which had received more than 1,000 complaints by 8am.
A user in Norwich wrote: "Now been told by Sky 'major output' in our area affecting a lot of customers, Sky and other providers. "Openreach are working on the issues now.
