Manchester United into a super club if he was going to create the "dynasty" he wanted.The Scot turned the Red Devils into the most decorated club in the country through the 1990’s and 2000’s, practically dominating the Premier League for much of his reign at the club.When Ferguson first took over though, United were second bottom, and he had inherited a squad that seemed to reflect that.But over the years the 79-year-old developed a team that went on to win a historic treble in 1999.And Ferguson said that focussing on the club’s youth system and giving youngsters a chance was the key to turning United into a super club and a "dynasty".“My main philosophy was with young players and developing young players,” he told Charlie Rose back in.
