Simon Rimmer has revealed his daughter Florence had her drink spiked during a lunch with her friends five years ago. The dad-of-two opened up on the horrifying experience during a discussion about a campaign calling for nightclubs to improve their systems in a bid to protect women on nights out and boycott them until this happens.

The 58 year old chef remembered going straight into panic mode and rushed his daughter to A&E with wife Ali when the incident happened.The Channel 4 presenter also said the 24 year old was "in a right state".
