SILVER IN DISGUISE can take his tally over fences to two from two with a victory in the Pertemps Memorial To Roger Lewis Novices' Handicap Chase (2.27) at Chepstow.

After three defeats over hurdles, the Tim Vaughan-trained son of Sulamani, a point-to-point winner, hit the bullseye on his first start over the larger obstacles at Catterick Bridge 20 days ago.

Jumping soundly for 5lb conditional Charlie Price, Silver In Disguise hit the front before the second-last fence and powered home by 21 lengths from Palixandre.

The handicapper has stepped in with a 15lb rise in the weights, but such was the ease of his fencing debut score, Silver In Disguise get the Nap vote to win again.
