A year ago, Eliza Hittman’s “Never Rarely Sometimes Always” was less than a month away from opening in theaters. It had premiered to rave reviews at the 2020 Sundance Film Festival with Sidney Flanigan earning major accolades in her professional acting debut.
Flanigan never dreamed she’d still be talking to press about the movie 11 months later, but she recognizes it’s probably a good thing all around.
