Strictly Come Dancing judge Shirley Ballas has thanked her eagle-eyed viewers after they pointed out a lump under her arm. Shirley had been inundated with ‘alarming’ messages from her followers who recommended she go to the doctor after spotting bumps and lumps when she would raise her arm on the judging panel.

The judge took to Instagram to explain that she followed their advice and did a self-exam. Not only that but when she did the exam, she did find a lump under her right arm. ‘Last week and the week before, I got some alarming messages about people who said that when I pick my arm up they could see lumps, bumps, nodes or whatever,’ she said in a video.
