Trisha, who has just had her 32nd birthday, shared snaps of herself and Shane, along with his fiancé, Ryland, as the pair of them showered her with gifts.
All three of them wore masks in the photo, and claimed they were standing six feet apart. Former Celebrity Big Brother star Trisha wrote in the caption: ‘I got a surprise while staying 6 feet apart party of a lifetime tonight. ‘Shane + Ryland’s unconditional love and support is what family is all about.
