Sex and the City producers have confirmed that the show is set to welcome its first-ever non-binary character. The 45-year-old actor Sara Ramirez, who also uses they/them pronouns, has been cast to play a podcaster called Che Diaz who will have a recurring role in the HBO Max series.
The announcement reportedly comes after Carrie Bradshaw actor Sarah Jessica Parker called for more diversity in the upcoming 10-part series.
