Chelsea over the past few months but with Todd Boehly's £4.25 billion takeover now officially confirmed everyone associated with the club can finally breathe.With the Roman Abramovich era finally in the rear-view mirror the club can focus on forward planning, as opposed to just trying to keep their heads above water amid the chaos and confusion of government sanctions.Most Blues fans will be sorry to see the Russian go, but make no mistake, today's news will be universally welcomed with the threat of liquidation finally vanquished.For the first time since February it's business as usual at Stamford Bridge, and with that in mind, Daily Star Sport has taken a look at seven things the club are allowed to do again as the Boehly era begins.With Chelsea's sanctioned former owner now out of the picture the club's transfer ban can finally be lifted, which will come as welcome relief for manager Thomas Tuchel who spoke of the need to "rebuild" Chelsea's squad earlier this month.The club are set to lose both Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen this summer but the futures of several other first-team players are still up in the air and a mass exodus could be on the cards, and the Blues will need to start lining up replacements.Sevilla's Jules Kounde is expected to be one of the first names through the door, but given that Tuchel has only made one major signing (Romelu Lukaku) during his year-and-half stint in west London, we can probably expect at least two or three more to follow.How many players do you think Chelsea will sign this summer?
