Ayrshire councillor who sadly died this week.Former Saltcoats Labour councillor David Munn passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday night.He worked tirelessly for his Saltcoats constituents from 1984 until 2011.David, a dad-of-three, is survived by his wife Margaret, two daughters and two grandchildren.The 73-year-old was able to meet his newborn granddaughter before his passing.Margaret first met 'cheeky' David in 1967 while they worked together at the now-closed Kilmeny Hotel in Ardrossan.
