Second Rochdale farm dog attack survivor claims 'beast was hanging off my arm'
dailystar.co.ukdog attack victim has shared her gruesome wounds from the same lane where a boy, three, was mauled to death.The woman follows Kia Walker, 19, in claiming she too was bitten by a dog close to the scene of Daniel John Twigg's tragic death on Sunday (May 15), Manchester Evening News reports.Daniel died in hospital on Sunday afternoon from injuries sustained when outside with "a number of dogs" on Carr Lane in Milnrow, Rochdale.The animals were seized and a Cane Corso was humanely destroyed but two women claim to have been attacked by another dog close by.
Kia Walker, 19, claimed earlier this week that following her mauling in April 2021, police officers told her the investigation 'couldn’t go any further' as 'there wasn’t enough evidence'.
Police said Kia chose to take no further action. A second woman has now told the MEN that she was attacked by a dog less than 100 yards from where the boy died.
The woman, who asked not to be named, has shared gruesome images of injuries she says she sustained after being bitten by a Cane Corso on March 29, 2020."The dog wasn't on a lead," she said. "It was hanging off my arms and tugging at me.
