The employees of Revolt, the media company cofounded by Sean “Diddy” Combs, have reacted to the video showing him assaulting a former girlfriend at a hotel.

In an Instagram post, employees stated, “We are deeply saddened and disturbed by the recent video circulation of our former chairman, Sean “Diddy” Combs. “Even with his recent separation from REVOLT, it is still our duty to address this matter, and recognize the direct impact it has on our staff, our audience, and the culture we represent.” Diddy co-founded Revolt with Andy Schuon in 2013.

Combs stepped away from it in November 2023 after sexual misconduct allegations against him first surfaced. The company now says it “stands in solidarity” with all victims of domestic abuse.

The statement made no mention of the assaulted girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, by name. Her allegations against Combs first prompted him to step down last year as chairman of Revolt.
