Celebrities including Steve Coogan, Greg McHugh, Sanjeev Kohli and Danny O’Carroll appear in the film, which offers advice on staying positive and where to get help for anyone experiencing low mood or suicidal thoughts.
They were brought together for the vital video – launched to mark mental health awareness week, which begins on Monday – by Airdrie radio show host Ross Owen, who has an extensive book of celebrity contacts.
