The mum said they ended up having to drive to the Earlsgate Roundabout branch to pick up a replacement meal after having little luck complaining over the phone.Nicola, from Grangemouth, said: “My son only likes cheese and ketchup so when ordering, it asks you to remove what you don’t want.“So I removed onions, mustard and lettuce, leaving the cheese and ketchup ticked.
