But one farmer in Tarland, Aberdeenshire has decided to give local youngsters a bit of fun. He has taken the bales and turned one into a green-face witch- complete with hat, broomstick and tufts of 'hair' made from hay pointing out.The other bale has become a big black spider, with piercing yellow eyes and long dangling legs.Locals have spotted the bales and said they look forward to 'a Christmas edition'.One wrote: "Talented Tarland farmers helping to keep a smile on folks faces in these uncertain times well done."Another added: "Nice one folks looks wonderful keep up the great work and we will.
