Scottish couple whose new rescue dog was just hours from being put down tried to win the lottery to save his life after being hit with a £10,000 vet bill.
Robert and Victoria Copeland, faced losing their King Charles Cavalier, Roary, just a few months after rescuing him at the beginning of 2020 from Cavaliers in Need.
T he couple noticed Roary, 6, was having problems lifting his leg when trying to pee and over time the issue appeared to deteriorate.
Roary became critical when he slipped a disc, leaving him completely paralysed in September of 2020, forcing Robert and Victoria to immediately seek veterinary help.
