holidaymakers will not be required to take a Covid test before their arrival into Scotland from a non-red listed country, under new plans announced today.The Scottish Government says that the rules on testing will be eased in line with similar rules implemented south of the border.Officials say that Scotland will also align with the UK on its post-arrival testing scheme - the details of which are still being finalised.It is likely that travellers will be required to take a lateral flow test within two days of their arrival in Scotland from a non-red country.Further measures on inward travel are also being considered to guard against the importation of variants of concern.
