Scotland boss Steve Clarke will not attend the Nations League draw amid the coronavirus crisis. The Scottish Football Association said it would be an “unnecessary risk” for Clarke to travel to Amsterdam and chief executive Ian Maxwell and president Rod Petrie will attend instead.
Clarke's side face Israel at Hampden Park in their Euro 2020 play-off semi-final on 26 March, with the winners away to Norway or Serbia five days later.
But Clarke’s absence highlights the growing concern about coronavirus as UEFA were expecting all 55 national managers to attend with England boss Gareth Southgate due to fly in.
