Former Met Police Officer Wayne Couzens is seeking permission to appeal against the whole-life term he was handed for the murder of Sarah Everard.
Couzens falsely arrested Sarah, 33, as she walked home from a friend's house in Clapham, South London in March, claiming she was breaching lockdown rules.
Lord Justice Fulford said Couzens "used his position as a police officer" to kidnap Marketing Executive Sarah as he sentenced him.
