Families booked on once-in-a-lifetime trips to Lapland have been left confused and in limbo over new Covid rules. New testing procedures were announced by the UK and Scottish Governments over the weekend leaving many parents in a panic over whether they will be able to still go on their dream holiday.
The new rules, which come into forced as of Tuesday, December 6 at 4am, have left many families confused over which tests they need and the confusion deepens for Scottish travellers as some advice differs between Scotland and the rest of the UK.
Last month, the UK Government announced all travellers arriving into the UK would need to take a PCR test within two days of landing anywhere in the country.
