A woman, who has only been identified as Jane Doe, is suing Snoop Dogg and his longtime friend, Bishop Don Juan, of sexual assault and battery, according to a court documents obtained by HollywoodLife. The woman, who says that she used to work as a stage dancer for Snoop and Don Juan, claims that the incident in her lawsuit took place in 2013. Mayor Sam Liccardo, of San Jose, Calif., apologized Tuesday for spending Thanksgiving with his family in apparent violation of state coronavirus rules and said he will “commit do better.” NBC Bay Area first broke the news of Liccardo’s Thanksgiving Day visit to his parent’s home in Saratoga – about 15 miles southwest of San Jose. Liccardo’s press team told the station that the mayor was staying home for Thanksgiving but later said a spokesperson had “misspoke” and that the mayor spent the holiday with his parents.

The mayor's press team initially told NBC Bay Area that Liccardo was staying home for Thanksgiving but later said a spokesperson "misspoke" and that the mayor spent the holiday with his parents.

Multiple people were stabbed on Sunday night, including two fatally, at San Jose’s Grace Baptist Church while the building was reportedly being used to shelter the homeless during a cold night. Authorities said some of those injured sustained life-threatening injuries.
