Ru Paul's Drag Race UK's Baga Chipz has revealed that stars from across the franchise will pay tribute to the late drag queen Cherry Valentine at Ru Paul's DragCon UK 2023.Ru Paul's DragCon UK will be held at Excel London between January 6-8, 2023, featuring appearances from drag queens from across the world including Baga Chipz, Blu Hydrangea, Cheryl Hole, Divina De Campo, Jinkx Monsoon, Pangina Heals and Trinity The Tuck.Speaking exclusively to Daily Star ahead of the event, Baga explained that she and her fellow queens will also be paying tribute to the late drag queen Cherry Valentine at Ru Paul's Drag Con 2023, following Cherry's death earlier this year aged 28.READ NEXT: RuPaul's Drag Race UK cast pays touching tribute to late star Cherry ValentineBaga said: "We're going to be celebrating the life of our friend Cherry Valentine. "Her booth is going to be open still and I think there is going to be a book of condolence. "There's also going to be a booth for the charity Switchboard and World Of Wonder are going to match £5,000 to Switchboard as well. "Even though it's going to be a fun, amazing occasion and everyone is going to have a laugh, we're also going to celebrate our friend."Both Cherry and Baga appeared on Ru Paul's Drag Race UK, which has since catapulted many drag queens to worldwide stardom.Baga's season also saw the formation of The Frock Destroyers, featuring Divina De Campo and Blu Hydrangea, with Baga teasing that there could be an appearance from the group at Ru Paul's Drag Con UK."You will be seeing some Frock Destroying content, that's all I'll say.
