Ole Gunnar Solskjær KSO (Norwegian pronunciation: (About this soundlisten); born 26 February 1973) is a Norwegian professional football manager and former player. He is currently the manager of English club Manchester United. As a player, he played as a forward and spent most of his career with Manchester United. Solskjær also supervises a training academy for young footballers in his home town of Kristiansund, and is a patron of the Manchester United Supporters' Trust.

With the pressure rising on Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, Antonio Conte has already been flagged as a potential replacement for the Manchester United manager - and the Italian's influence can be seen in Chelsea record signing Romelu Lukaku.

The Belgian forward - formerly of United - played a key part in Conte's Inter Milan squad that dethroned Cristiano Ronaldo's Juventus last season having been shown "what it took to win" during his time at San Siro.

He has since returned to Stamford Bridge in a deal worth £97million, with a return of three goals in seven games, whilst Manchester United pick up the pieces following a 5-0 home mauling by Liverpool.
