On Thursday's episode of ITV show, Penny spoke out on the first few months of parenthood and the struggles she faced when sleep training her sons.Talking of her experience with her eldest son Alastair, Penny spoke out on the advice she was given from her paediatrician to help with his sleeping pattern.She explained to her fellow panellists: "He gave me advice with the baby like 'you're just going to have to let him cry."'Because he cries and he knows that you will appear, you will provide lovely warm sweet milk, so of course, he is going to cry out for that.
