Robert De Niro’s estranged wife, socialite Grace Hightower, is not entitled to half of the money the actor made in Hollywood and business ventures, after they were divorced, an appeals court in the US has ruled.
The socialite, 66, had argued that the A-list actor’s whopping €430 million ($500 million) net worth should be divided evenly between the pair.
However, the appeals court rejected Grace’s arguments upholding a lower court’s ruling from February. It previously came to light that Grace’s average monthly spending was around €185,000 ($215,000) a month on credit cards and €138,000 ($160,000) in cash.
