RITA Ora has got stardom licked with her own postage stamp in her native Kosovo. It was released to mark her 31st birthday after more than ten years at the top of the international music scene.
The star was born in Pristina in what is now Kosovo - the second youngest country in the world which declared its independence from Serbia in 2008.
Kosovo Post chief executive Faete Kadiu said: “She has given us so many beautiful moments and endless pride with songs, performances and grand concerts. “Let this beautiful stamp be also a symbolic gift of Kosovo to our singer, on this special day for her, for her extraordinary contribution to our country and our nation.” Rita was appointed an honorary ambassador of Kosovo in 2015.
