Like many, Rita Ora 's mum Vera is torn apart from seeing her kids amid the nationwide lockdown that has left her missing "family normality".

Vera, 56, posted a heartwarming throwback snap on Instagram of her kids; Rita, Elena and son Don. Sharing the snap with her 77k followers, the psychiatrist penned: "Missing family normality .....! @elenaora @ritaora @thereal_donora #VisualsWithVera #pandemic #isolation #familydistancing." The picture shows Rita as a teen posing for the pic with her older sister Elena and younger brother Don.

Rita revealed this month that her mum Vera has returned to work as a psychiatrist to help during the outbreak. The star said she was so proud of her mum it had inspired her to become an NHS volunteer.
