RITA Ora has opened up about using private voice notes from Taika Waititi in her comeback single. On Friday, Rita Ora, 32, dropped You Only Love Me, the lead track to her long awaited as of yet untitled third album.
At the start of the song the Taika can be heard saying: "Rita it's me" before talking further at the end of the track. Explaining why she decided to use the snippets, Rita explained: "I keep lots of voice notes. "I wanted to incorporate that personal lived experience within my music and give fans a window into my world. Stopping short of confirming the happy news, the singer teased: "And yes, I feel like I have now found my happy ending! I’m so grateful to have met Taika – he’s such a supportive person." The track's accompanying video features cameos from Lindsay Lohan, Kristen Stewart, Addison Rae, Sharon Stone, Jodie Turner-Smith and Chelsea Handler.
