Rita Sahatçiu Ora (born 26 November 1990) is an English singer, songwriter and actress. She rose to prominence in February 2012 when she featured on DJ Fresh's single "Hot Right Now", which reached number one in the UK. Her debut studio album, Ora, released in August 2012, debuted at number one in the United Kingdom. The album contained the UK number-one singles, "R.I.P." and "How We Do (Party)". Ora was the artist with the most number-one singles on the UK Singles Chart in 2012, with three singles reaching the top position.

It is claimed the singer partied with 30 friends at Casa Cruz in Notting Hill, West London on the evening of Saturday, 28 November, and has voluntarily paid a £10,000 fine to police.The singer took to Instagram to issue an apology for the bash but downplayed the size of it by describing it as a "small gathering".
She wrote: "Hello all, I attended a small gathering with some friends to celebrate my 30th birthday. "It was a spur of the moment decision made with the misguided view that we were coming out of lockdown and this would be OK.
