Richard Madeley admits his GMB future is in doubt as he speaks out on ITV show

Richard Madeley has revealed his future on Good Morning Britain is uncertain.The ITV presenter said "who knows" how long he'll appear on the show as he opened up about his TV career.Richard, 65, hosts the hit breakfast show as a guest host alongside co-star Susanna Reid, after taking over from Piers Morgan's spot.The veteran broadcaster joined Susanna after a whopping 46 years in the business to anchor the show Monday to Wednesday.A key part of the programme, Richard presented the show alone on Monday (April 25) as Susanna reported live from the Poland-Ukrainian border.However, he admitted he doesn't know how long he'll be in the job and is living "month to month" on the airwaves.Richard spoke on Kate Thornton's White Wine Question Time podcast, after embarking on the next chapter of his TV career without his wife Judy Finnigan.He said: "In terms of what I do on my own, which at the moment is Good Morning Britain, although who knows how long that will go on for."I do it month to month at the moment and I'm very happy to.

I quite like operating at that level. I've had my main career curve. I'm not seeking another huge career arch."We'll see what happens, but I enjoy it, I enjoy doing it."Richard and his wife Judy became one of the most iconic duos on British TV, having hosted ITV's This Morning for 23 years until 2001.They later fronted Richard and Judy for another eight years.In a showbiz romance, they fell for each other while working for Granada television back in 1982.There's MUCH more where that came from!
