Taylor Alison Swift is an American singer-songwriter. She is known for narrative songs about her personal life, which have received widespread media coverage. At age 14, Swift became the youngest artist signed by the Sony/ATV Music publishing house and, at 15, she signed her first record deal.

Her 2006 eponymous debut album was the longest-charting album of the 2000s in the US. Its third single, "Our Song", made her the youngest person to single-handedly write and perform a number-one song on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart. Swift's second album, Fearless, was released in 2008.

Buoyed by the pop crossover success of the singles "Love Story" and "You Belong with Me", it became the US' best-selling album of 2009 and was certified diamond in the US. The album won four Grammy Awards, and Swift became the youngest Album of the Year winner.

TikTok user has revealed the disgusting truth of how dirty the hand-dryers are in public toilets. TikTok account PhoneSoap posted a clip earlier this week with the results of an experiment that showed viewers what really happens when people use a dryer after washing their hands.The experiment compared residual germs from a standard hand air drying method with a variety of hand dryers including Columbia Vortex, Dyson Airblade, and two Xlerator hand dryers. READ MORE: Mum shares no-scrubbing hack to clean tile grout that she discovered by accidentDuring the experiment, five trays were held in the air and shaken around to simulate someone shaking their hands dry, before being placed in an incubator for the germs to “grow” for three days.Each tray was then placed under a microscope so germ particles could be analysed and while there was “no visible growth” on the tray that was just shaken around, the hand dryers had some shocking results.First, the Xlerator dryer tray shows “quite a bit of nasty stuff” on the tray, whereas, the Columbia Vortex was completely covered in “nasty” germs.The Dyson Airblade was dotted in germs too but wasn't too bad.
