The International Centre for Sports Studies is an independent organisation based in Switzerland that specialises in statistical analysis of footballers and their latest study, which was released on Monday, has valued Foden at €190m euros which equates to £160m.
That means Foden is valued higher than any other player in the world, but how do CIES calculate such research? They use multiple variables when conducting their analysis, considering player's performances, age and inflation of the market, among other factors.
