HAVE you ever wondered what EastEnders' Penny Branning is up to now? Actress Mia McKenna-Bruce, 24, played the youngster on the BBC soap in 2008 when she was just 11-years-old.
Thirteen years ago Mia shot to fame on Small Dark Places, followed by a part in BBC medical Drama Holby City. The same year she landed the role of Jack and Selina Branning's daughter Penny in EastEnders.
At the time of when her character was introduced into the square, Jack was in a relationship with Ronnie Mitchell (Samantha Womack).
When she first met his daughter she was shocked that he hadn't mentioned to her that she is paralysed from the waist down because of his of dodgy dealings while in the police force.
