Relief as hairdressers and beauty salons given April reopening date

Hairdressers and beauty salons, which fall under personal care services, are expected to reopen on April 12, alongside non-essential shops and outdoor dining which are said to resume business under stage two of the roadmap.Speaking at the House of Commons on Monday, Boris Johnson said: "Step two will begin at least five weeks after the beginning of step one and no earlier than April 12, with an announcement at least.
