Jamie Laing has confessed the rather embarrassing cause of his infamous Strictly Come Dancing injury last year. The Made In Chelsea star, 31, was one of 14 celebs who signed up for the hit BBC show last year, but was the only one who suffered an unfortunate foot injury before even making it to the dance floor.

Speaking to Fubar Radio's Access All Areas, the reality star admitted there's a lot more to the story. He explained: “To tell you a little secret, the reason why I got it [the injury] was because I bought on Amazon these little things called lifts that give you a little bit more height in the old shoes.
