The 28-year-old was caught red-handed spending time with Sandoval last year — notably without Ariana Madix and their other Vanderpump Rules co-stars.
According to a video obtained by TMZ on Wednesday, Raquel was seen hanging out and watching the 39-year-old’s shows with his band Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras in Roseville, California, on November 10, 2022.
