SFA for holding up their plans to introduce B teams into the Lowland League. It emerged this week that Rangers and Celtic have put forward plans to move their colt teams into the regional fifth tier of Scottish football.
The proposal is for a one-year agreement that would void the B-teams positions at the end of the season - meaning they cannot be promoted or relegated.
It has garnered some support among Lowland League clubs who welcome the financial and commercial benefits that would come with the addition of Rangers and Celtic B.
