Rail users in Rutherglen and surrounding areas are being urged to express their opinions on station facilities.Michael Shanks MP is encouraging constituents to take part in his new “Rate my Station” survey.Aimed at addressing a flurry of concerns over poor facilities at South Lanarkshire train stations, the survey asks respondents to review their local stations and highlight any issues they have or suggest potential improvements.Asking respondents for opinions on things such as ease of access, cleanliness and service reliability, the survey aims to identify common community concerns before presenting data to Scotrail, in a bid to secure a constituency wide improvement to station facilities.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
