Rachel Riley, 35, has admitted she "avoids" watching Strictly Come Dancing, despite meeting her husband pro dancer Pasha Kovalev, 41, on the BBC show.
It comes after the Countdown star said that her experience on the programme left her with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and she had to have cognitive behavioural therapy after competing.Rachel appeared on the show in 2013, but she and Pasha were voted out in week six.They went on to marry following their stint and are currently expecting their second child together.But while their love story ended happily-ever-after, being on the show was a very different matter and she stated she has no fond memories from her time on it."If I heard the theme music, I’d start reliving the experience,".
