Vladimir Putin has become a terrorist after his brutal missile attack on a packed shopping mall in Ukraine, President Volodymyr Zelensky has said.

In a virtual address to the UN Security Council, Zelensky said that the Russian President is leading a "terrorist state" and urged their expulsion from the United Nations.Zelensky called for "the actions of Russian occupiers on Ukrainian soil" to be investigated, too.
