Queen's Platinum Jubilee as the Government confirms pub hours will be extended. Pubs across England and Wales have been given the go-ahead to open until 1am for three nights straight to mark the Queen’s 70th anniversary of service later this year.
Brits will be able to benefit from the change in licensing hours from Thursday, June 2 until Saturday, June 4, in venues that have already been permitted to serve alcohol up to 11pm.
The welcomed changes will be a part of a four-day bank holiday weekend from the Thursday to the first Sunday in June to commemorate the monarch's extraordinary service, reports The Mirror.
